Healthy Rice Flour Gratin ヘルシー米粉グラタン

This recipe uses a lot of milk and no butter, so it is healthier than regular gratin. Top it with heaps of cheese if you like.

バターを使わず牛乳を多めに入れるので、通常のグラタンに比べてヘルシーに仕上がります。お好みで、チーズを沢山のせてもおいしくいただけます。

How to cook

You can use soy milk instead of regular milk with the same measurements.

bunch Spinach (bite-sized pieces)
(A) 50 g (1.76 oz)
Bacon (bite-sized pieces)
(A) 50g (1.76 oz )
Shrimp (bite-sized pieces)
(A) 100g (3.53 oz)
Macaroni (boiled)
To taste
Salt and pepper
To taste
Oil
50g (1.76 oz )
Rice flour
10g (0.35 oz)
Consommé powder
500ml (16.91 fl oz)
Milk
100g (3.53 oz)
Cheese

Cooking steps

About 40 minutes

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry (A), and flavor it with salt and pepper.

Add the rice flour, consommé powder, and milk to a pot and mix well. Turn on the heat and cook while stirring. When it thickens, add (A) and stir.

Pour the mixture into a gratin dish, top with cheese, and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes at 230°C.
