Chirashi Sushi in a Glass 海鮮グラス寿司

*Pickled ginger, called gari, is ginger pickled in sweet vinegar that comes with sushi

Prepare vinegared sushi rice

Mix the sushi vinegar into the warm rice and allow to cool.

Prepare the ingredients

Add the oil to a heated frying pan and make scrambled eggs. Boil the shrimp or prawns in hot water. Cut the salmon, tuna, shrimp/prawns, and avocado into 1 cm squares. Mince the pickled ginger.

Plating

Fill the glass with alternating vinegared rice layers and ingredient layers. Top with dill and a little soy sauce, if desired.
