Chinese Okoge-style Ankake 中華おこげ風あんかけ
Bread made of white baked rice flour dough wrapped like mummies. Have fun wrapping the dough around the sausages to make the bread.

Adjust the length of the wrapping dough to the size of the sausages.

Put the rice flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast in a bowl and mix briefly.
Add the warm water and mix well.

Add the psyllium husk and mix until well combined.
Divide into 8 pieces and roll into 1-cm-thick strands. Wrap them around the sausages and line them on a baking sheet.
Brush them with cooking oil (extra), and cover them with plastic wrap so they do not dry out. Let them rise until they grow 1.5 times in size.
Bake them in an oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Cut circles out of a cheese slice with a straw or other circular object and draw eyes on them with ketchup. Attach a pair of eyes to each bread once it has cooled.
