Takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes
Mix the ingredients
Add the rice flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast to a large bowl, and mix.
Add lukewarm water and mix
Pour in the lukewarm water and mix well with a whisk.
Add olive oil and mix
Add the olive oil and mix well.
Add psyllium husk powder and mix
Add the psyllium husk powder, switch to a rubber spatula, and mix quickly.
Pour in the dough
Pour the dough into a parchment paper-lined tray.
Let rise
Brush with olive oil and let rise to about 1.5 times its original height. Poke holes in the dough with a finger and sprinkle on the rock salt and rosemary.
Bake in an oven
Bake in an oven preheated to 210°C for 20 minutes.
