Cooking steps

About 35 minutes

Mix the egg yolks, sugar, and rice flour

Add the egg yolks, sugar, and rice flour to a bowl and mix well.

Add milk to create a batter

Add the milk to the bowl in 1 a little at a time and stir well to prevent lumps.

Heat in the microwave

Without covering in it plastic wrap, heat the bowl in 2 in the microwave at 600 W for 3 minutes, remove, and stir it well.

Heat again

Heat it for another minute, stir it well again, and then heat it again for another minute to make custard cream.

Make custard chocolate cream

Mix half of the content of the bowl in 4 with chocolate sauce to make custard chocolate cream.
