The batter should be thicker than pancake batter. Adjust the thickness with milk.

Ingredients For 12 pieces

100 g (3.5 oz)
Rice flour

Sausages

Egg
2 tbsp
Refined sugar
90 g (3.0 oz)
Milk
1 tsp
Baking powder
1 tbsp
Oil

Cooking steps

About 20 minutes

Prepare the sausages

Cut the sausages in half and insert a toothpick in each.

Mix the egg and refined sugar

Add the egg and refined sugar to a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

Add milk

Add the milk to the bowl in 2 and mix.

Add powders

Add the rice flour and baking powder to the bowl in 3 and mix.

Mix in rice-bran oil

Add the rice-bran oil to the bowl in 4 and mix.

Deep fry

Wrap the sausages from 1 with the contents of the bowl in 5 and deep fry in oil (amount not in the ingredients list) heated to 170°C until golden brown.
