How to cook

If even a little water gets into the chocolate, the texture will become crumbly or will not be as good. Make sure all the cooking utensils you use including the bowls, rubber spatula, and whisk, are completely dry.

20 g (0.7 oz)
Rice flour
100 g (3.5 oz)
Chocolate
20 g (0.7 oz)
Butter (unsalted)

Eggs
30 g (1.1 oz)
Light brown sugar
60 g (2.1 oz)
Chocolate (for filling)

Cooking Steps

About 40 minutes

Melt the chocolate and butter.

Put the chocolate and butter cut into small pieces in a bowl, put that bowl in a larger bowl of hot water, and melt the chocolate and butter.

Mix the eggs and light brown sugar

Combine the eggs and light brown sugar in a separate bowl and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Combine the mixes

Add 2 to the bowl in 1 and mix them together well with a whisk. When the mixture is smooth, add the rice flour and mix until combined.

Pour the mixture

Pour the mixture into the cups and press the filling chocolate (about 15 g per cup) into the center.

Bake in an oven

Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 15 minutes and then remove.
